When I first got my Kindle 2 one of the things that first stumped me was how do I delete Kindle books from my Kindle 2. I had downloaded a sample of a book and then realized I could not figure out how to get rid of the book. I quickly figured it out but thought i’d try and save you some time. To delete books from a Kindle you need to be at the home screen so you are looking at your books. Use the joystick to highlight or underline the book you want to delete. Then move the joystick left and you will see an option “Remove From Device” now push down on your joystick to delete that book from your Kindle. If you change your mind you can right click instead to remove the option to delete a book from your Kindle.
